These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to this website and to the gatha369 posting tool (the "App") operated by gatha369 ("we", "us"). By using this website or the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the App
The App is a personal tool we use to publish our own music content to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account through Meta's official APIs. It is not offered as a service to the public.
2. Use of this website
You may browse this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website
- attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
- use the website for any unlawful purpose
3. Intellectual property
Music, videos, images, text and logos on this website belong to gatha369 unless otherwise noted. Please do not reuse them without permission, except where a specific license says otherwise.
The source code of step16-synth is published on GitHub under the license stated in its repository. That license, not these Terms, governs use of the source code.
4. Downloadable software
The step16-synth app offered for download is provided free of charge, "as is", without warranty of any kind. The app is not signed by Apple, and macOS will show a security warning when you open it. You install and use it at your own risk.
5. Third-party services
This website links to or embeds content from third parties (such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and GitHub). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, the App or the downloadable software.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
