This Privacy Policy explains how gatha369 ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and the gatha369 posting tool (the "App"), a small application we use to publish our own music content to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account through Meta's official APIs.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Through the App
The App is used only by us to manage our own accounts. It does not offer login to other users and does not collect personal information from members of the public. When connected to Meta's platform, the App accesses only:
- Basic profile information of the account that authorizes the App (our own account), such as its name and ID
- Access tokens for the Facebook Page and Instagram account we manage
- The posts, captions, images and videos we create and schedule
- Basic performance data for our own posts (for example, reach or likes), if available
Through this website
- We do not require registration and do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors.
- Our hosting provider may automatically record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and access time) for security and operation.
- If we use privacy-friendly analytics, it is used only to understand overall traffic and does not identify individual visitors.
- If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
3. How we use information

- To operate, secure and improve this website
- To reply to messages you send us
We do not sell information, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties except as described below.
4. Third-party services
- Meta Platforms (Facebook / Instagram): The App communicates with Meta's APIs. Meta's own privacy policy applies to data on their platforms.
- Hosting providers (such as Vercel): This website and the App are hosted by third-party providers that process data on our behalf.
- Embedded content: Pages may embed videos or posts from YouTube or Instagram. These services may collect data under their own policies when you view the embedded content.
5. Data retention and security
Access tokens and scheduled post data are stored only as long as needed to run the App and are protected with reasonable technical measures. Tokens are revoked and deleted when they are no longer needed.
6. Data deletion
You can ask us to delete any data related to you at any time.
- Email: send a request to gatha369@manabi-life.net with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
- From Facebook: you can remove the App in your Facebook settings under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then request deletion of your data. We will delete any data associated with your account that the App has received.
7. Children
This website and the App are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
